- All Sales Are Final: No returns or exchanges. No modifications can be made to your order after it is placed.

- Order Processing and Shipping: Orders will be shipped within 7-14 working days from the date of order placement, unless a specific shipping date is provided.
- International Buyers: Please note that international buyers are responsible for all customs and duties related to their purchases.
- Shipment and Liability: Once products are shipped, all responsibility transfers to the shipment carrier. Any issues with delivery, including lost or damaged shipments, must be reported directly to the shipment carrier. In case of receiving the wrong item or damaged goods, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery to process the issue effectively
